We do not accept returns or exchanges. Refunds are not available. If there is an issue with your order, your order was lost in transit, or your order was damaged in transit, please contact us through email and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Shipping is a $20.00 fee and takes around 3-9 business days for it to be processed & delivered. PRE ORDERS take 3-6 weeks to create your piece plus the additional 3-9 business days to ship it.

FREE Local Pickup in Norwich

Local pickup is FREE and only available in Norwich, Ontario. We will give you the pickup address when your order is complete and ready to be picked up ~ right on our porch inside a lift-lid bench!
