What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. We do not do returns, but if for some reason there is an issue with your purchase, we will work something out with you.
How long does it take to fulfill my order?
If the item is NOT a pre order, we should have the order fulfilled within the week. If it IS a pre order, these can take up to 3-6 weeks to fulfill, as pottery is a slow and steady process!
Where do you offer shipping to?
Shipping is offered to provinces within Canada ONLY. This is a rate of $20.00 and please allow 3-9 days for your order to be processed & delivered!
How does custom ordering work?
Custom orders are available to items that are already offered in our stock (mugs, cups etc.) Pricing is slightly higher on custom items, as I use the best of my abilities to create what you have in mind. Send us what you would like created, details of how you want it to look, and any inspo pics you have!
How long does it take to create an item?
Each item is made by hand from my home. One mug can take up to 45 mins to create with the clay, and then it has to dry for around 2 weeks.
Once it is fully dry, we fire it in the kiln which takes around 24 hours altogether (including cooling time)
We paint and glaze the mug; which depending on how detailed the design is can take up to an hour. Once the paint is dry, the mug is clear glazed. That takes around 12 hours to fully dry.
Once the glaze is fully dry, we fire it again in the kiln, which takes around 24 hours altogether (including cooling time)
And finally, when the kiln is all cooled off the mug is complete!! So long story short, one mug can take up to 2 weeks and a few days to be completed altogether!!
